This role is responsible for the development of the Remote Monitoring and Diagnostic center (NOC) for NEC Energy Solutions’ global install base. This position serves as the primary resource to optimize the interface and assist both customers and service team members to effectively identify and diagnose product and site issues. This position is also responsible for managing fleetwide data, generation of metrics and coordination of system requirements with our IT and Software teams.
