    Responsibilities

     

    Position Overview

     

    The Business Analyst will work with the Executive Team to support global sales planning & analysis.   In this role, the team will look to the Business Analyst to help establish / streamline procedures, support best practices in sales forecasting, reporting, and communication, as well as providing support to the Executive team on an ad hoc basis.

    Ideal candidates have 3-5+ years of Business Analysis experience, prior experience partnering with Sales & Marketing organizations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and fun environment.

     

    Role & Responsibilities:

     

    • Provide analytical and administrative support to Executive Team
    • Track and analyze key metrics – pipeline growth, quota attainment, bookings targets
    • Collect, consolidate and generate sales forecasts (month and quarter focus) and develop/maintain flash reporting
    • Compile key pieces of information related to performance against sales objectives to be reviewed by Management
    • Develop presentations that analyze sales and marketing activities and achievements from SalesForce.com
    • Extensive interaction with Executive Team to develop presentations for Board and other executive-level meetings
    • Help manage communications to global sales team
    • Partner with VP Global Sales to establish and maintain key account management metrics and reporting
    • Create dashboards, reports and other key reporting metrics within SaleForce.com

     

     

     

    Qualifications

     

    Education/Experience

    • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing or related degree
    • MBA strongly preferred
    • Demonstrated success in communicating, messaging and packaging business metrics to Executives, and other key groups and staff
    • 3-5+ years business analysis experience
    • Experience with SalesForce.com, including maintaining and expanding use of system
    • Excellent systems skills including Excel & PowerPoint is a requirement
    • Excellent communication skills
